Launch control
The launch-control system that reveals whether your plant can actually build it.
Kythedra is the system of record for every customer launch in your plant. It gathers the Evidence your team already produces and substantiates it against what the site can prove. Then it makes the Verdict known: Ready. At risk. Not ready.
For the program manager or NPI coordinator running 3 to 8 concurrent launches inside a 50- to 500-person contract manufacturer or EMS shop.
Sample
Every Launch on the site, with the Evidence that substantiates its Verdict.
This is the state Kythedra makes known for a site and keeps current. Each Finding is named, typed and carries the document it came from, with its date — so the Verdict is a fact the team can act on, not an assertion.

Offer
What the system makes known, continuously, for every Launch on the site.
Kythedra surfaces what fragmented plant and Launch information already shows, and substantiates it as an operational Verdict. The team sees the Evidence, the risks and the next action needed to control the launch. This is the work the subscription pays for.
Evidence ingestion
Every Launch gets an Intake — its own email address and drop zone. Forwarded customer and supplier threads, BOMs, specs, certificates, schedules and capacity plans are gathered, dated and attributed to the Launch they belong to.
Plant Profile
A model of the site: certifications, qualifications, lines, capabilities and capacity windows. It is what the site can prove about itself, and it stays current as the site changes.
Requirement matching
Each customer requirement, milestone and deliverable is matched against the Plant Profile and the Evidence on hand, which shows what is proven and what is merely claimed.
Conflict detection
Constraint conflicts surfaced — the Launch needs something the site is not certified or equipped to do. Capacity contention surfaced — 2 live Launches want the same line, tool or window.
Risk identification
Material risk shown on long-lead parts that land after the build date, Open threads sitting unanswered, and missing Evidence a gate will demand before it will pass.
Ongoing monitoring
Readiness is made known again as Evidence arrives, not the night before a meeting. Every Launch carries a current Verdict with the sourced Findings behind it.
Nothing to migrate and nobody else to train. The team keeps working the way it works; Kythedra makes known what that work already proves.
Steps
Evidence in. The real state made known. Without a meeting.
The loop runs whenever Evidence arrives, so the readiness of every Launch on the site is known now rather than assembled overnight.
Evidence in
Intake, continuous
Threads and files arrive at the Launch’s own address and drop zone.
Substantiated against the site
Plant Profile
Requirements, milestones and risks held against what the site can prove.
Verdict made known
Ready · At risk · Not ready
Each Launch carries a current Verdict and the sourced Findings that prove it.
Delivery
A daily email at 06:00, site local time, carries the latest state to the team. It is how what is known reaches the inbox, not the product — the Verdict and its Evidence stand on their own in Kythedra.
Price
$1,500/month
Per plant site
Launch control for one plant site: Kythedra gathering, organising and substantiating the site's Launch information, holding the Plant Profile, matching every requirement against it, and making the readiness of each Launch known as Evidence arrives.
Unlimited Launches. Unlimited users. One site per subscription — a second site is a second subscription.
Not a reporting subscription. The daily email is one way what is known reaches the team; the Verdict, the Findings and the Evidence are what the site is paying for.
